NAMI Arizona provides informational brochures.
Brochures and handouts (subject to change):
Please note that some of these brochures and handouts include contact information to organizations; please inform us
if any information is out-of-date. Note; most, but not all, of these brochures can be obtained through this website; the
others can be obtained as paper copies through contacting us.
Spanish Brochures:
To obtain hard copies of brochure(s), please call us at 602-244-8166 or email us your request.
Please note: The first 20 brochures of each title are free. Due to limited funding, NAMI Arizona will
charge $.05 for each brochure in excess of 20 of each title in any one month. Also note that you may
be billed for large order's shipment (it is suggested that if you like to make a large order, you can avoid
paying for shipping if you pick up the order at our office at 2210 N. 7th St., Phoenix, AZ, 85006). You will
not be billed for shipment of small orders. Information that we will need in order to process your
request is your order, name, phone number (with zip code), and complete address. If you order is
large, we will also require payment information (please call the office at 602-244-8166 to provide this
information).
