Family-to-Family
For: Families and caregivers of individuals living with mental illness
Subjects Covered: Clinical treatments, coping strategies, medications,
problem-solving, crisis management, care for the caregiver, current research,
finding supports and services, advocacy, relapse prevention
Length: 12 weeks (3 hrs/week)

Peer-to-Peer
For: Individuals living with mental illness

strategies, medications, finding supports and services, current research, clinical

Length: 9 weeks (3 hrs/week)

Hearts and Minds
For: Anybody
Subjects Covered: Healthy habits and lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, and common
chronic illness such as heart disease and diabetes
Length: 15-minute video, 30 to 60 minute discussion
Cost: $5 for DVD, $1 per take-home booklet

Targeted Courses (for professions involved with mental illness)

Provider Education
For: Mental health care professionals
Subjects Covered: Focuses on academic medical information and the lived
experiences of people living with and caring for people living with mental illness
Length: 10 weeks (3 hrs/week)
Cost: $75 per participant, minimum class of 15
This course qualifies for 30 hours of CEUs

For: School professionals
